Role Description
We are seeking a Controller to join our team. This role will involve overseeing financial operations, preparing financial reports, managing budgets and forecasts, ensuring compliance with internal controls, and providing strategic financial insights to management.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and analyze financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements.
Develop, monitor, and manage budgets and financial forecasts.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and regulatory requirements.
Provide financial analysis to management for decision-making and strategy.
Oversee the month-end and year-end closing processes.
Manage audits and ensure timely reporting to external stakeholders.
Collaborate with other departments to improve operational efficiency and financial performance.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA preferred.
Experience: Strong experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
Knowledge: Proficiency in GAAP and relevant financial regulations.
Skills:
Proficiency in financial software and advanced MS Excel skills.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
