Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive HR Associate to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will effectively manage high volumes of tasks with minimal guidance, ensuring deadlines are met and accuracy is maintained. As an HR Associate, you will collaborate across departments to support HR operations, employee engagement, compliance, and leadership initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Onboarding: Facilitate smooth onboarding processes by coaching team leaders and learning ambassadors on station operations.
Attendance/Leave/Payroll: Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (COEs) to address discrepancies in attendance, leave, and payroll.
Leadership Practices: Drive associate-centered leadership (ACL) initiatives in coordination with the HR Business Partner (HRBP).
Employee Engagement: Foster strong connections with employees, promoting engagement and positive relationships alongside the HRBP.
Headcount Management: Monitor and maintain headcount in collaboration with HRBP and Workforce Support (WFS).
Employee Relations (ER): Partner with HRBP and site leaders to ensure a positive employee relations climate internally and externally.
Coaching and Support: Act as a coach and point of contact for operations and support employees.
Policy Compliance: Ensure adherence to HR policies and assist with their implementation.
Data & Insights: Utilize data and prepare reports to support the HRBP in driving station performance improvements.
Continuous Improvement: Work on Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives and station-level process enhancements.
Labor Compliance: Ensure 100% compliance with labor regulations and guidelines for the station.
Coordination: Collaborate with manpower agencies to address disciplinary issues, payroll concerns, and benefits administration.
Basic Qualifications
Experience:
6+ months of human resources experience.
6+ months of customer service experience.
Experience in maintaining confidentiality in work environments.
Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and applications.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience:
1+ year of human resources experience.
1+ year of customer service experience.
Advanced experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
